Summary of Donations to Hospice in the Weald
Freddy was very ill in the first year after his diagnosis, and we were put in touch with the team at Hospice in the Weald after a brain flare-up resulted in an emergency admission to Tunbridge Wells Hospital in 2020. From then on, Freddy and we were given fantastic support by the team there. They helped us to navigate all aspects of the health system needed for Freddy to continue his care at home and supported Freddy in his darkest days. He had two brief stays at the Hospice in 2024, but decided he would rather be cared for at home, so the Hospice staff helped us to make that happen.
